After years of suffering from stress and anxiety, I've tried lots of ways to get it under control. The result of that research was the creation of my transformational MAGPIE morning routine!

THE WHO, WHAT AND WHY OF MY MORNING ROUTINE!
Have you spent the last decade serving your employer or raising kids, or maybe life has just taken it out of you?
If you are looking to cut through the chaos and find the calm in life you're in the right place!
My products are designed to take the anxiety out of your mornings by guiding you through the 6 pillars of the transformational MAGPIE Morning Routine:
"I've always loved personal development - my endeavour since a child was to become the best version of myself but I didn't call it that back then - I just wanted good grades! I was ambitious, I did hard things, I stepped out of my comfort zone regularly and then..... I got on the career conveyor belt and I lost all sense of who I was. Promotion (or lack of it) was how I began to define my worth and eventually I just knew I had to do SOMETHING to turn it around.
When I turned 40 I looked back and realised I'd spent my last decade raising kids, serving my boss and forgetting what I was actually capable of - hard things! My diet was poor, my sugar and alcohol intake was high and I felt like I was just existing! Tiredness and anxiety were my daily battles!
I read an amazing book called the 5am club - that was it! I could do hard things! I had to completely re-design my days and I had to start with my mornings! I devoured books about why we should rise early but found myself staring into a blank Journal thinking "what now?" or just spending more time battling the inbox!
This is why I went deep to make it simple for others just like me to create change. I wanted to create a tool that they could just grab and get started. One that was directional but not prescriptive and was generic but personal - every woman needs their own Unique Journey!"

A little more about me
In 2012, I left my dream job having totally burnt out!
I had been single handedly juggling raising two toddlers with a full-time job and a husband who worked away.
I read an amazing book which opened my eyes to the fact that only I could rectify the balance in my life!
I'm here to help others make the same incremental changes I did to help them escape the rat race and become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves!
Meditation practice has benefits for both mental and physical health. It can help individuals with their focus and concentration, improves self-awareness and self-esteem, lowers levels of stress and anxiety and fosters kindness.
Meditation also has benefits for your physical health, as it can improve your tolerance for pain and help fight substance addiction.
Using affirmations daily helps you to remain focussed on your goals. It boosts your desire to continue your actions by persistently keeping your mind focused on the “goal zone”.
It changes negative thought patterns into positive ones and helps you feel positive about yourself by boosting your self confidence.
Practising gratitude often helps individuals feel more optimistic about their lives.
It has also been shown to improve relationships, reduce anxiety and depression, reduce stress and increase energy and vitality.
Personal development is a lifelong process. It is a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realise and maximise their potential.
Thinking constructively about your future self and future life, is one of the most powerful practices available because it is all about you and the future you want to create. Combined with the other pillars of the MAGPIE Morning Routine it is a fantastic way to define and refine your why!
Exercise & Nutrition
Exercise and Nutrition are fundamental aspects of health and wellbeing. We literally are what we eat and if we don't keep our muscles strong and joints mobile we are likely to suffer periods of chronic pain as we age. It's so simple to introduce just a little more nourishment and movement into your days.
